Australian UCB grants awarded in immunology to further medical and scientific knowledge

Several educational grants awarded to the Skin Health Institute to support various activities

UCB Australia is committed to providing education for the dermatology community. Our ongoing commitment includes support of the Skin Health Institute for a variety of educational initiatives including meetings, masterclasses and the Advanced Therapeutics Education Portal. 

The Skin Health Institute is dedicated to advancing clinical care, education, and research in skin health and dermatology. Working closely with the Australasian College of Dermatologists and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, the Skin Health Institute provides world-class education for medical, nursing, and allied health professionals, and supports the training of future dermatologists. By partnering with corporate organisations, service providers, the community, and healthcare professionals, the Institute aims to enhance skin health outcomes for all Australians.

 Ongoing funding from UCB Australia enables the Skin Health Institute to achieve their goal of being a centre of excellence for dermatology education of healthcare professionals, by supporting implementation of the following initiatives:

•       Journal clubs
•       Podcasts
•       Nurse lunch and learn
•       Advanced Target Therapeutic Portal
