UCB Australia has robust systems to ensure pharmacovigilance. Pharmacovigilance is the safety of our product rather than the patient. We take the safety of our patients seriously and with pharmacovigilance we hear about experiences with our products by monitoring of our product. We monitor compliance against UCB procedures and applicable regulations; collect and analyse data on adverse events (side effects), and evaluate our products risks and benefits. Patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) can report safety information directly to UCB Australia, ensuring transparency and proactive safety management across all UCB products.

The quality of our products is of paramount importance at UCB, and is upheld by following processes aligned to our local requirements. Our Quality Policy is the highest-level Quality Management System document at UCB, ensuring excellence in every pharmaceutical product we deliver.
